ok so you need to take out the seat and then get something wide and flat to push the side back out. with hot water and then pushing it pretty hard, mabe if you put in hot water for ages it might just come out!!
Opps glad iot isn't may baby girl all smashed and dented. No more flooded rivers!!!!! Love u lots the way youare Mum
